Most Bassmera creations are handcrafted on a made-to-order basis, allowing each piece to be prepared with exceptional attention to detail and personalized requirements.

Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, every order follows a personalized confirmation process to ensure accuracy, clear communication, and customer satisfaction.

How to Place an Order

• Browse our collection and select your desired piece.

• Click the Customize Your Order button to contact Bassmera directly and share any customization requests or special requirements.

• Bassmera will review your request and contact you to confirm all order details, including product availability, customization options, delivery destination, and shipping arrangements.

Payment Process

Once your order details have been confirmed, a payment invoice will be issued according to your location:

• Lebanon: A Whish Money payment invoice will be provided.

• International Orders: A Payoneer invoice will be issued for secure payment.

Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

After completing payment, kindly send your payment receipt to Bassmera via WhatsApp or email through the Bassmera Inbox.

Production or order preparation will begin only after payment has been verified.

Product Information

Each Bassmera piece is handcrafted individually. As a result, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness, authenticity, and character of handmade craftsmanship.

Such variations are not regarded as defects.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may not include shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country.

Any additional charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Confirmation

Submitting an order request through the website does not constitute a final sale or confirmed order.

An order becomes confirmed only after:

• Final approval of order details

• Issuance of the payment invoice

• Successful payment confirmation
