Returns policy

All Bassmera creations are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Therefore, all sales are final once confirmed and dispatched.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the defect.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
• Items must be returned using the same courier service unless otherwise agreed
• Any sign of use, alteration, or removed labels will void eligibility for return

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection of the returned item. Bassmera reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
