Order Acceptance
Bassmera offers two types of products:

Ready-Made Items: Available for immediate purchase at the listed price. Orders are confirmed automatically upon payment.

Made-to-Order / Customized Items: These pieces are handcrafted to your specifications. The listed price is the base price; final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

Product Nature
All pieces are handcrafted, and minor variations are part of their artisanal character and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment
The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price charged. Full payment is required before processing unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond Bassmera's control.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images belong to Bassmera and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
