Returns Policy
All Bassmera creations are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities; therefore, all sales are final once confirmed and dispatched.
Returns are only accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Items must be returned using the same courier service unless otherwise agreed.
Any sign of use, alteration, or removed labels will void eligibility for return.
Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection of the returned item.
Bassmera reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
