Returns Policy

Bassmera offers two types of products:

Ready-Made Items: Finished pieces available for immediate purchase. Returns are accepted only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Made-to-Order / Customized Items: Handcrafted to your specifications. As custom-made and personalized items, all sales are final once production begins, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. These items are exempt from the European Union's 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

To request a return, customers must notify Bassmera within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the claimed defect.

If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included.
- The item must be shipped using the same courier service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any signs of use, damage caused after delivery, alterations, or removal of tags or labels will make the item ineligible for return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Bassmera will, at its sole discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund if the manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Bassmera reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy.
